How to integrate Brandreward affiliate conversions in Google Analytics

In order to integrate Brandreward conversions in Google Analytics and other marketing tools, it is necessary to attribute the sales data to the traffic data. Our service automatically places SubIDs on your affiliate links, which enables us to automatically match your traffic and affiliate conversion data.

The installation is done in four simple steps:

  1. Create a wecantrack account
  2. Connect your Brandreward account to our system via API
  3. Connect your website to our system
  4. Activate the integration feature

To track all your Brandreward conversions you need to provide us with an Username and Site ID for each of your Brandreward accounts. Those credentials need to be filled in within our data sources page which you can find by following this link: https://app.wecantrack.com/user/data-source/networks/brandreward/accounts/create

You can give each of the data connections different names and tags which enables you to easily filter your data on account or sub account level.

Where can I find the Brandreward Username?

  • Log into your BrandReward publisher account.
  • Go to Settings > Account Profile.
  • Your Username is displayed at the top of the page. Copy it and paste it into the wecantrack BrandReward data source.
  • Before logging into your Brandreward account you can find this information.
  • The Username is the Login ID for your account.

Where can I find the Brandreward Site IDs?

  • Inside your BrandReward publisher dashboard, go to Sites.
  • Each registered website has a unique Site ID listed in the table.
  • Copy the Site IDs you want wecantrack to track and paste them into the wecantrack BrandReward data source as a comma-separated list.
  • Log into your Brandreward account
  • Go to Account
  • If you scroll down you can see all your connected website IDs.

Frequently asked questions

Should I use the API or Postback URL integration for BrandReward?

We recommend the API integration. The API pulls richer transaction detail (merchant, Site ID, SubID, commission breakdown) directly from BrandReward, while the Postback URL only fires per-conversion. You'll need your Username and Site IDs from your BrandReward dashboard.

What event does the BrandReward integration track?

Whatever the merchant program is configured to fire on BrandReward: a completed sale, a qualified lead, or a click conversion. Sale amount, commission, transaction ID, Site ID, and SubID all flow through to wecantrack.

Will my BrandReward conversions show up in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta?

Yes. wecantrack pushes attributed BrandReward conversions into Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta as offline conversions or server-side events, matched to the click. Optimise paid campaigns on real CPS revenue across all merchant verticals.

Do I need a developer to set up the BrandReward integration?

No. Setup is a few clicks: copy your Username and Site IDs from BrandReward, paste them into wecantrack, and the connection runs. Most publishers finish in under fifteen minutes.

Can I track multiple Site IDs through BrandReward?

Yes. wecantrack preserves BrandReward's Site ID and SubID parameters, so you can track multiple registered websites in one BrandReward account simultaneously, with each site's revenue attributed separately in Google Analytics and your ad platforms.

How long does BrandReward setup take?

Ten to fifteen minutes end to end: collect Username + Site IDs from BrandReward, paste into wecantrack, and conversions start flowing on the next BrandReward batch update.
