How to integrate Admitad affiliate conversions in Google Analytics

In order to integrate Admitad conversions in Google Analytics and other marketing tools, we will need to attribute your affiliate conversion data to your traffic data. Once you placed our JavaScript snippet or installed our WordPress plugin on your website, our software automatically places relevant SubIDs in your Admitad affiliate links, which enables us to automatically match your traffic and affiliate conversion data.

The installation is done in four simple steps:

  1. Create a wecantrack account
  2. Connect your Admitad account to our system via API
  3. Connect your website to our system
  4. Activate the integration feature

How to connect your Admitad account via API

All you need to connect your Admitad account with our system is to provide us with your Admitad Client ID and Client Secret which you can find within the Admitad platform. Those credentials need to be filled in within our data sources page which you can find by following this link: https://app.wecantrack.com/user/data-source/networks/admitad/accounts/create

Who this Admitad integration is for

Connecting Admitad to wecantrack makes sense if you fall into any of these buckets:

  • Global content sites and review blogs running Admitad programs across ecommerce, travel, finance, and mobile-app verticals who need per-advertiser revenue back in Google Analytics.
  • Cashback, coupon, and rewards operators with high-volume Admitad click activity (Picodi, Bravo Savings, Coupert) who need clean per-program SubID attribution for paid acquisition.
  • Paid media buyers running Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Meta to Admitad-tracked landing pages and needing CPS, CPA, and CPL data flowing back for ROAS optimisation across multiple GEOs.
  • Eastern European and CIS-focused affiliates running Admitad programs (Alibaba.com, Shein, Vevor, AliExpress sub-networks) who need clean Client ID and SubID attribution.
  • Existing wecantrack customers adding Admitad alongside other global networks (Awin, CJ, Rakuten) for unified worldwide affiliate data.

Frequently asked questions

Should I use the API or the Postback URL integration for Admitad?

We recommend the API integration. Both methods deliver conversions to wecantrack, but the API pulls richer transaction detail (advertiser, website, SubID, commission breakdown) directly from Admitad, while the Postback URL only fires per-conversion. You only need one method connected.

Where do I find my Admitad Client ID and Client Secret?

Inside your Admitad publisher dashboard under Settings > API. Create an OAuth application, copy the Client ID and Client Secret, and paste them into the wecantrack Admitad data source. You'll be prompted to authorise the connection on the first sync.

Will my Admitad conversions show up in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta?

Yes. wecantrack pushes attributed Admitad conversions into Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta as offline conversions or server-side events, matched to the click. Optimise paid campaigns on real CPS, CPA, and CPL revenue instead of click volume.

Do I need a developer to set up the Admitad integration?

No. Setup is a few clicks: create an OAuth app in Admitad, paste Client ID and Client Secret into wecantrack, authorise once, and the connection runs. Most publishers finish in under fifteen minutes.

Can I track SubIDs and websites through Admitad?

Yes. wecantrack preserves Admitad's SubID parameters and website (Channel) IDs and passes them through to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta. Break down revenue by campaign, ad group, keyword, or any custom SubID convention.

How long does Admitad setup take?

Ten to fifteen minutes end to end: create the OAuth app inside Admitad, paste credentials into wecantrack, authorise once, and conversions start flowing on the next Admitad batch update.
