In order to fully automate the price plan selection based on your actual performance we recommend to use our autoscale feature. Please note that if you are exceeding a limitation of a price plan that tracking will stop when autoscale is turned off. We recommend to carefully check that you have the right price plan selected.

You can connect as many websites as you like and the number of websites will not affect the pricing.

There is no limit on how many campaigns our system can track for you and the number of your campaigns will not affect the pricing. Since our system automatically tracks all your affiliate URLs, you will not have to create any campaigns within our system, merely within the ad networks.

Yes, we offer a 15 days free trial period to all our users. Within this period you can test our features (except the BigQuery and Data Studio Integration features) without any limitations. If you want to make use of our BigQuery and Data Studio integration features you will need to be a paying customer since they require custom work on our end. In case these are the only features you want to use our service for, please reach out and we will discuss if we can arrange a custom trial period for you.

A session is a website visit with a timeout of 4 hours. So if 4 hours after the last interaction the same user visits the website again a new session will be registered.

One click is counted whenever someone goes through an affiliate URL on your connected website.

A transaction is a conversion (so lead or sale) that we have received from the affiliate network via API or Postback URL.

Advanced support is when our support service exceeds setup related topics, for example the setup of custom reports and dashboards, ad network setup controls, advice regarding paid ad campaigns and audience setups. If we spend over two hours per month on customer support for your account we may categorise it ‘advanced support’. We will of course inform you once this is the case.

You can add credit cards to our billing system which we will charge automatically on a monthly basis. If you prefer to use a different payment method, please get in touch with us.

If you have manually selected a price plan with autoscale turned off our system will stop to track if you reach the limitation of a price plan based on the previous 30 days. With autoscale enabled, our system will automatically sort you in the right price plan based on the performance of the previous 30 days. It will do so each day, using Stripe’s prorate functionality. That means you will then only pay more for days where you exceeded the limitation. We recommend to select a price plan where you are sure that you won’t exceed the limitations, or enable autoscale to automatically ensure that tracking will not be affected.

The advanced API reports allow you to receive back custom index values (which you provide via Clickout API) which can then be used to automatically sort content on your website based on clicks, conversions and commission_amount.

wecantrack uses Stripe as a payment processor to charge customers for their monthly subscription.
