Affiliate marketing can be a lucrative way to earn passive income, and eToro offers two compensation models for affiliates to choose from: the revenue sharing model and the cost-per-action model.

I. Cost-Per-Action Model

The Cost per Action, or CPA, approach pays affiliates a commission for each action or transaction completed by someone who registers for an eToro account through their affiliate link. Some examples of actions that could result in commission payments include opening an account, funding the account, and executing a trade.

Affiliates who opt for the Dynamic Cost per Acquisition Plan can earn a commission equal to the initial deposit (up to $500) of each user who joins eToro through their link. While building a strong influence base may take time, the potential for significant and exponential earnings makes it a worthwhile investment.

II. Revenue Sharing Model

The revenue sharing model allows affiliates to earn a percentage of the total investment amount made by all users who sign up with eToro using their affiliate link. There are two options for how the revenue share can be paid out:

A. Standard Tier Plan

Under the standard tier plan, affiliates earn a commission rate of 25% of the total revenue generated by the pip after deductions.

B. Second Tier Plan

Affiliates paid under the second tier plan earn an additional commission of 10% of the net income (up to $20,000) for each user who opens an eToro account using their promoted affiliate link.
