This approach is the standard click tracking approach, by making use of redirects. The difference though is that our system places redirect URLs automatically instead of you having to generate them in our system. While this method still works fine, we recommend to rather use client side auto tagging or our Clickout API. If you are using WordPress, our system will use your root domain for the redirect URLs, thus ensuring that the URLs look trustworthy toward ad networks and visitors.
