Customer Success Manager with 5+ years experience

Our solution offers seamless integrations with leading marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and TikTok Ads. We are at the forefront of affiliate marketing analytics, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our platform, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and aligning our services to meet those goals.
Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, provide product demonstrations, and offer training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using our platform effectively.
Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Advocacy: Advocate for clients’ needs internally, collaborating with the product development team to enhance the platform based on customer feedback and requirements.
Retention and Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, driving revenue growth while ensuring clients receive exceptional value.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to assess customer usage patterns, identify trends, and proactively offer insights and recommendations to optimize their experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing customer data, understanding patterns, and using insights to drive customer success strategies.
Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with clients’ challenges, demonstrate patience, and maintain a positive attitude while resolving issues.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing technologies, affiliate marketing concepts, and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Result-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth targets.

Senior PHP Developer with 3+ years of experience

At wecantrack, we help affiliate publishers to collect and report on their affiliate network sales and conversion data from over 350 affiliate networks in one convenient dashboard. In addition, we offer integrations with popular marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, BigQuery, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and TikTok Ads. 

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer with 3+ years of experience working with Laravel, React.js/Vue.js, Typescript, and MySQL. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our SaaS application WeCanTrack using PHP/Laravel and related frameworks and technologies.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with big data, optimizing/refactoring code and SQL queries, and knowledge of using cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is also required. We have a good customer base and process over 200 million events per month, so if you like working with big amounts of data you are at the right place. 😉

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain systems at wecantrack
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Optimize code and SQL queries for performance and scalability
  • Work with big data sets and optimize data processing and storage
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and debug code as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends


Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience as a PHP developer
  • Experience working with queue workers
  • Proficiency with Laravel, React.js/Vue.js, Typescript, and MySQL
  • Experience working with big data, optimizing code and SQL queries
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge about affiliate marketing


Salary:

€48,000-€66,000 per year for full time work, based on experience
